📋 Short version: Use Nooqoodi responsibly for personal finance management. Don't abuse the service. We provide the tool; you are responsible for your financial decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nooqoodi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nooqoodi is a personal finance management application that allows users to track income, expenses, debts, savings goals, and budgets. The Service is operated by Nooqoodi and is designed primarily for UAE and GCC professionals.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You may not share your account with others or transfer it to any other person.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
Nooqoodi offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: Limited to 100 transactions and 3 months of history. No charge.
- Monthly Pro: AED 36.99/month. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Quarterly Pro: AED 89.99 per 3 months. Billed every 3 months.
- Annual Pro: AED 279.99/year. Billed annually. Best value.
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. No credit card is required for the free trial. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds: All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact support@nooqoodi.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to process data on behalf of third parties without permission.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Financial Disclaimer
Nooqoodi is a financial tracking and planning tool, not a financial advisory service. The information and calculations provided by the app (including loan calculators, cash flow forecasts, health scores, and gratuity calculations) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions. Nooqoodi accepts no liability for financial decisions made based on information provided by the app.
Islamic Finance features are provided for educational and planning purposes. Consult a qualified Islamic finance scholar for Shariah compliance certification.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Nooqoodi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Your financial data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over data you enter into the app.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Clear All Data, then contact us to confirm account deletion.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nooqoodi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or financial losses resulting from reliance on app calculations.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
